At this time, Jason T. Group LLC ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster and safer delivery.
If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
