Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Item is in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are included
  • Item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 2–3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds include the product purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or used
  • Items with removed tags
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)
